Billing/Security

Your shipping and billing information is required to match in order for us to ship your order. For security purposes, in the event an order is placed with a different billing and shipping address; BeautyN1 reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

A government issued ID is required when picking up a local order. The form of identification presented, must match the name on your order. If proper identification cannot be provided, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. 

Processing

All orders can take up to 1-2 business days for processing. Any orders placed after 3pm (EST), will begin its processing the following day.

• All 613 wigs and 32” & up orders will take 2- 4 business days to process.

Shipping

After processing, all orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Standard shipping (3-4 day), Express shipping (1-2 day), International shipping (7-15 day).

Refunds

BeautyN1 Studio does not provide refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

You agree to the no refund and exchange policy when proceeding to complete an order on our website or purchasing in store.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order once received. if there is an error with your order, contact us within 3 business days from the delivery or receiving date.

We are unable to assist if the wig has been bleached, altered, or used.
